Terminal Monitoring Software

Hi Gang,

I am looking for a software package similar to Big Brother, etc. that will monitor dumb terminals. Most of the software I have found monitors networks. I have one site that has 38 teminals connected to an Equinox serial card and they need to monitor 10 - 16 of these terminals. Anything come to mind?
