Do you know where can I find a CDR Capture software other than HyperTerminal?

I don't like it because all the information is on the memory until I manually save it. I've lost even 2 week of information.

Do you know anotherone that saves the info automatically by day? or saves allways and information remains in the file, not in memory?

You could also use Procomm and capture to a file

In addition to Hyperterminal for making changes to SL1 system, we use a software called "telemanagement" which captures all activities. It allows to print various reports.
