Terminal config for Gift Card

Pretty sure client is using E-card.

They are claiming the cards don't work on two of the terminals.

Is there a special entry in the ibercfg (they dont look any different from the ones that are working )or some special software that needs to be install on these machines?

We do not have any special entries in the ibercfg.bat file for eCards. If the terminals are running WinXP, the declarations in ibercfg should be set up as environment variables on the terminal.

We also have a redirector installed on our terminals to route the transactions through our server to the enterprise site for approval. I believe that needs to be installed by Radiant.

There is also an enterprise.ini file that you can check to make sure the settings are correct. But if some of their terminals are processing gift cards, then I doubt this file would be the issue.
