Terminal Barred due to Incorrect Password

Customer entered the J139's phone passcode incorrectly 3 times. Now the phone is displaying "Terminal Barred". I cannot see it in System Status. How can I reset the phone?
 
In monitor under status look and see if they are blacklisted.

Have you tried to unlock it

Try using the login code to unlock it

Have you rebooted the phone to try again.

Go to the users supervisor settings and change the password.
 
I would try changing the password in Extensions.

In system status - system - VoIP security you may find it in there and can unblock it.
 
Clear the programming in the phone. Power cycle it. When you get the Admin button, press it. PWD 27238. Scroll down to reset values. Delete the extension and create a new one. Same with the user. That should get it out of the system and give you a fresh start.
