Teradata to Unix

in BTEQ, I am trying to pass a value from from a stored procedure to a unix. How do I go about doing that ? Say the stored proc returns a value of '10'. How do i pass that value to the unix script

You can export the result to a flat file:

.export report file = xxx.txt
call my_proc(1, 2, out_var (title ''));
.export reset
