Teradata Support from 3rd Parties?

Hi,

I know Teradata provides support for their own products, but does anyone know if any of their partners or resellers are also capable of supplying upgrades and maintenance for their products? Specifically wondering for their data warehouse solutions and their Hadoop appliances.
