Hi,
I am planning to take up the certification EXAM NRO-003. (V2R3) conducted by NCR.

Do any of you have the idea of the list of web-based courses ( available in that need to be learnt ??

Regards
Vivek.

NR0-003, Teradata SQL?

click on "Teradata Certified SQL Specialist"

Does your company provide you with access to the web-based courses?
If you have to pay for it, you could save some money:
read the basic stuff in the SQL manuals and practice...

Hi!!
The material that NCR offers is enough for the certification. I have taken the Basics and the SQL specialist. At that time my company had the license. But it got expired 3 months back :(

You need to know everything thats there in the course for the certification.

Ani.

The web based course you need is
Teradata SQL WBT (Levels 1-3) it is $1592 at the Teradata Education Network.
Here is the description of the course.

This web-based course offers practical hands-on experience (via Telnet) in retrieving and manipulating data with Teradata SQL using both ANSI standard conventions and Teradata extensions to the language. This is a uniquely designed course that gives you access to three levels of SQL training. You choose your level of interest:

SQL Level 1 covers the basics for database queries from submitting SQL statements using BTEQ to understanding subqueries and joins.
SQL Level 2 provides continued SQL training including complex joins, data manipulation, aggregates, and views.
SQL Level 3 adds to the features and skills taught in Levels 1 and 2 by incorporating all the features that were added with Teradata V2R2, including ANSI SQL, outer joins, referential integrity, and correlated subqueries.

Note: All levels of the Teradata SQL WBT offer practical hands-on experience for you to try out the Teradata SQL functionality!
