Is there a way for meeting requests to show on somebody's
calendar as tentative before they open or respond to the
message? Example: person 1 sends meeting request to Joe
for 2pm. Person 2 views Joe's calendar, sees that 2pm is
available (as Joe has not yet opened email) and tries to
send meeting request for same time, creating a conflict.
They don't want to use "Process meeting requests on arrival" because the recipient wants to be able to see the meeting request in his inbox so he/she can decide whether to accept it.
We have Outlook 2002.
