Tennant programming help

I installed a Vodavi STS system a few years back and now the building has added another business and would like to seperate 4 CO lines. All the documantation i have says STSe but when i try to access the programming for setting up tennants flash 05 button 17 doesnt do anything only buttons 1-12 work. I have got the manual online for both and noticed the STS dosen't have any programming for the tennant feature, which leads me to believe i have just a STS system. Are there many more features for the STSe?
Is this upgradeable by software or Rom flash to add this feature?

Should be flash 40 to go in and put different CO lines in different groups
