We have two clients that want different music on hold. I have been told that tennant partioning will play the music that is required based on the vdn or vector that is used. Does anyone have any information on Tennant Partioning? Thank you.
You already have help, just remember that various vdn overides can affect which one they actually end up hearing, so you have be careful if the call routes through more than one VDN. Also you set the music sources int he tenant partition form, not the system parameters as usual.
