I have a 3300 that is being shared with two companies.

The first 12 ports are for tenant 1.

The last 8 ports are for tenant 2.

Calls for tenant 1 ring at 2830 if no ans go to hunt group
for vm 2890.(Primary greeting set).

Calls for tenant 2 ring at 2877 if no ans go to hunt group for vm 2891.(Alt Greeting set 2).

My problem is getting call at tenant 2 to go to a mailbox to leave a message for tenant 2 calls.

Tenanting is set to No in License & Options.

HI Loopretnav,

Do you have individual Mailboxes for 2830 and 2877 or are you trying to use the default General Greeting.

Best Way is to send them to a Nametag hunt group and then to the relevant mailboxes.

There is no real benefit for splitting the voicemail ports up for each tenant, is there a reason you have done this?
