Tender/Media not working

Click tender/media button, a popup window shows up and the error message is "qry_main_by_num: filed 'ob_active_chk_fiscal_lock" not found

3700.d has no clue (verbosity set to 10 for about 10 minutes. Wow! The size of the file grew so fast!)

Windows Event Viewer has two messages:

1) tried to open "Tender / Media"
2) closed form "Tender / Media" (Tfrm_tmed_01) on EM Concept

Viewed db log through Database Manager->Translate Log,haven't found a clue yet.

This problem is for this location only. It is an EM server in the head office.

Checked tmed_def table. It does miss the field "ob_active_chk_fiscal_lock".

What could be the plausible cause? The original setup team's fault or something else?

How to fix?
