Hi, I have an office with Magix and Merlin Messaging. Two floors, two subsidiary firms. When a caller zeroes out of voicemail for tenant A user, they can zero out a second time and reach tenant B's operator. The office is NOT happy with this, obviously.

Is this a case of where the user did not set their personal operator within voicemail? Or is it something to do with two operator's defined on the same system?
Thanks in advance.

On a Merlin Messaging, there is one "call answer operator" this is the default zero out option which will go to the specified exstension. To use the Tenant setup, use the larger tenant operator as the call answer operator. On the smaller tenant, set each mailbox with the zero out option or personal operator to go to the operator extension of that smaller company.

Change the personal operator for operator A to go to a general mailbox (9991,9992) or another extension in enviroment A. But remember if you hit *80 from anywhere in voicemail it is transferring the call to your lowest logical I.D. operator (1/1).
