Tenanting - Newbie Questions

Here is our configuration and what I have done so far:

Mitel 3300 MXe - 4.0 SP1
Tenanting - Have licensed installed

1) Used Tenanting Assignment form chose Tenant Number 12 , filled in name, put 12 for Night Service Leader. changed Tenant Status from vacant to occupied.

The site is occupied by two companies and my goal is to have Music on Hold and day/night modes to be seperated between the two companies, currently it is shared.

I am reading the help file and i just want clarification of the next steps that i need to perform. It looks like I need to take all the phones from one company and assign it a tenant number and that will segment them to use a different day/night mode if its set on one of those handsets?

I believe that is the next step. Be aware the telephone directory will be shared between both parties i.e you can't divide it into two so a tenant can only see their own users.
