For some reason accepted Meeting requests showing as tentative and accepted. Is there anyway to turn off the automatic tenative function in Outlook 2003?
In Outlook 2003, any Calendar Invitation sent to a mailbox will show up as Tentative until the recipient takes action on it. This is a "feature" . It's supposed to be a "placeholder" in case another user sends a conflicting appointment.
But, I agree, it's a lousy idea.
I misunderstood, sorry. So, when you open the meeting, it actually says "Accepted and Tentative" in the header? Or does it say "Accepted as Tentative"?
