I have been trying to open up some space on my computer. I have tried to delete my temporary internet files, and although it appears that the files have been deleted, when I click on properties, it shows that there the file is approximately 570mb. I do not understand this. I am just an average user, so maybe there is something that I do not understand regarding this issue. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

So, when you delete them, you're selecting "Delete Files" and then checking "Delete all offline content" before hitting OK? I'm also assuming that you're doing this from Tools -> Internet Options in IE, correct?
