Templates

I find templates very dodgy! Here is my problem:

I moved my entire site folder from the desktop to my personal drive the other day. Templates no longer worked, so I moved the entire site folder back to the Desktop.

Now, when I say Update Template it only updates a selected few files in my site, that use the template new_design. However all the files in my site were created with the new_design template, so I cannot understand why it is updating a select few files.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

When you shifted everything, did you redefine the site in DW?
I've never had any problems moving things around like that- as long as you copy and paste, redefine the site folder, THEN get rid of the original.

Sometimes, when my code just won't behave, I take it outside and make it listen to britney spears music, and when it comes back it's really well behaved. I wonder if it's suffering from post tramatic stress syndrome now..
