Where are Phone Templates Created?

You can create Phone Templates in ASA under Advanced tab> Create New Template.
You can either create from scratch using GEDI or copy from an existing Station.

Is there a Reference Guide for Creating a New Template.
I was able to Copy an existing template.
Would like to understand the Options.
