Does anyone have templates for the partner phones? Thanks.

Templates as in the buttons used when programming the system? [ponder]

If so, you will find the them in the Partner ACS install/programming guide. You can use a blank Desi and fill in the spaces with a pencil or download free software from desi.com that will let you create a professional looking template with a computer & printer. [thumbsup2]

I am wanting a template that would show what the buttons on the phone look like. When I meet with the customer we can use this to fill in what he/she wants programmed on the phone. I like to email this to the customer along with a list of programmable features. When we meet they already have an idea of what they are wanting.
I have templates for most of the Avaya phones. Thanks.

Although I've never tried it, it might be possible, using the free software from desi.com, to create a sample desi for a potential customer to review and attach it to an E-Mail.

If the sample cannot be attached directly, you might be able to do a "screen shot" of the desi and attach that to the E-Mail.
