Templates for group policies in Symantec System Console?

Is there a way to extract/import/export group policy templates in symantec system console?

I´ve twisted around in the gui without finding any workable solution. It is not exactly cost-effective to create the same policy over and over again, with small modifications ... a source for errors is it as well.

Anyone knows?
