template/timeline conflict??

Hi,

I am building a website using a DW template that includes a .jpg slideshow built using a timeline. The slideshow nees to appear on every page. The problem is, when I apply the template to a page the timeline doesn't run therefore not showing the images. It just shows the image placeholder as if it cant find the images. When I open the timeline inspector it is greyed out. Any ideas anyone.
