Template Synchronisation

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone here might be able to help me solve a hopefully simple problem with letter templates?

I'm using Goldmine Version 6 and synchronising with GoldSync and all is working fine except for the templates.

If a someone creates a new document template and selects the 'Document User' as (public) and then any of the remote users does a synchronise the template does not appear on their Goldmine. This is the case for all users, so I guess its some kind of setting I have not set or a lack of understanding on my part(which wouldn't be the first time!)

Anyone got any ideas about what I should check?

Hi TIm

There is an option in GoldSync/Sync Wizard to sych templates. The directory structure of the remote systems need to be the same as the Server. Not normally a problem with templates but otherwise they will end up in your temp links directory.
