Template SaveAs problem

Hello,

I've been trying to get a MS Word template that is called from a third party program to save the created document. The program calls a template, populates the bookmarks then prints the created document, but doesn't save the new document. I've tried putting a SaveAs in the Sub Document.Close that works OK if I open & close a NEW Document from the template, but the program seems to stop this working.
We've asked for an alteration to the program, but we're the only client interested.

Help please.
