Template Problem

Hi guys,
I'm having some problems to load a new template in my server

I have a brand new SBS and when I try to create a new site "Sites and Workspaces" and select the template and hit OKAY. I get this error message.

The template you have chosen is invalid or cannot be found


Anyone can help me with that?
