Is there a way to edit a Template (Binary).
The reason for me to ask this is I have 2 user (Ext1 and Ext2) which, when I look in the IP Office Manager, have the exact same configuration. But Ext2 doesn't react like Ext1 and every other user.
When I set the Ext2 as a Template (Binary) the anomaly is replicated.
So I figured that there is more in the file than what I can see in the IP Office Manager.
So my Question again! Is there a way to edit a Template (Binary).
