Hi.

I built a little system to test the streaming of mp3s, and I am having some problems.

Sometimes it works great - and other times it does not work at all.
So you can imagine, I am quite confused.

Also, I tried to figure out a line of code to show the buffering status - hoping that it would match Flash's method, but it doesn't.. so comments there are welcomed as well.

To use it, just type in either 'test.mp3' or 'test1.mp3' into the input filed, then click the blue button. 'test' is about 1 MB, and 'test1' is about 5 MB.

if you test it, could you reply with your results along with your system specs?..thanks!

if you think you can help me, i will send you the FLA.

thanks

Hi! Works fine the first time around, but can't reload test.mp3 after it has played once. test1.mp3 no problem, that one will replay but not the other one.

PIV - 1.8 - ME - IE5.5 - CABLE CONNECTION

Hit my ahandle for an address. File should be zipped up and in MX format, not MX2004. Guess if you're dynamically loading these from the server, the mp3s wouldn't be included. If they are included, clear them of the .fla.
