I hope I can explain this correctly. My SQL Server administrator has given me permission to create Tables in the TEMPDB. This works fine until he has to reboot the TEMPDB and then I lose those rights. What would be a permanent solution, so he doesn't have to set me up everytime the TEMPDB is rebooted? Or is this possible?

TempDB is recreated everytime SQL Server is restarted. All objects, permissions, etc are completely replaced. If you need an error to create tables and other objects, have the DBA create a working database for you with all the permissions you require. Terry
