Temp Profile Error

When I log into one of my NT work stations in a domain, all users but administrator get this error:<br>
Unable to create Temp profile for this usere, Default user Profile will be used. This also prevents users from accesses some printers and files. Any suggestions on fixing this Problem.

Check the user settings in the User Manager for Domain and check the User profile box in that utility
