Temp Folder Problems

Dear All;
Unexpextedly in my Win2000 Server; The Disk were full; and Norton Antivirus Software raised; When I tried to Uninstall or Install The Norton Antivirus; the Following Messgae Appeared: " The Disk is either Full or You don;t have write permissions to the Temp Folder"
the Drive is not Full; and the Temp folder security is as usual;;
Please Advise

It's a long shot, but have you deleted everything in the temp folder?
 
Check your environmental variables and make sure that what you think is the Temp folder is what the user session thinks it is too.
 
Dear All;

when i'm trying to delete the the temp files; some of them cannot be deleted ( in use message always appeared )...
please advise;;;; this drove me to madness

hope to hear you as soon as possible
 
actully you need to close all your running application to delete files from temp folder. or may be require to restart machine.
