Hi

The temp folder on my Windows is filled with all sorts of files. Is there any danger of damaging Windows of I delete the content of this folder?

Thanks

Hans

No danger at all. Infact if you put the following lines in your autoexec.bat file:
For the temp files:
@DelTree /Y C:\WINDOWS\Temp
@MD C:\WINDOWS\Temp

For the Temporary Internet Files:
@DelTree /Y C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files
@MD C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files

You will not have to mess with these files again. It may slow down your system by a few seconds. No big deal.

Let me know if this works

Jim
