Is it ok to delete Temp files that under U:/windows/temp and temporary internet files located at u:/windows/temporary internet files? They are about 135 MB and would like to delete them? Thanks.

Absolutely!
Just make sure no users are logged on when you delete the Temp files, they might be in use at the time.
You could also create a script that will do this for you for regular maintenance.
