Temp File Location in Acrobat 5.0

I need to know how to change the location of Acrobat's temp files. The person that does the image scanning save her work to a server on the network. When working with the documents, her system bogs down for some reason. Our IT guy thought it might help to put the temp files for her Acrobat on the actual server that holds the data. Can any of you guys help me out? Thanks a lot.
