I have a Net-Path Plus that was installed but currently not in use. Does anybody know the default username and password to login the device?

Each vendor customizes the unit for their organization, and probably changed/deleted any default credentials to eliminate a potential security risk.

There is no default password. You can reset the Net-Path, but then it is useless until the database is loaded.
