Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help out. We've got a BCM 400 and we use Telstrat Engage to record and Playback calls.
We access this client by going to the web interface. Every so often (for one reason or another), the media player decides not to function correctly. For instance, one user at the moment has a scenario where they can log in, see the list of calls, but when they playback, the media player loads the wave file, but then just sits in "pause". Nothing will make it playback.
I've taken over this system and I don't know a lot about it, but I'm sure that this Engage Call playback client can be downloaded from the BCM as a standalone desktop application. I can't find it for the life of me. Can anyone help with any of the above?

Browser wise we use IE 8 and 10 (depending on OS).

Many thanks in advance

That program your using isn't a Avaya/Nortel product so you cannot download it from the BCM itself. I've always used NICE loggers so I don't know anything about that product.

Hi norstarboy125,
Thanks for the info. I'm still wondering where I'd find the desktop version of the mention app. I'm still going to look around and I'll pot when I have a solution.
Meanwhile, any other useful info is most welcome.

All the best

Ok,
After a lot of brain fuzz, I've found what I needed. Not that I ever doubted them, but norstarboy125 was correct and his post made me change my chain of thought (thank you again).
I didn't realise, but we have a separate call recording machine called Telstrat Engage. Once I knew this, I managed to figure out and get what I needed directly from that server.

This is posted just as a final closure to the thread for anyone who may stumble across this in future.
