Hi all

I am getting an issue where outbound cal PAI Header is sending my MBG Proxy IP instead of the Realm (customer domain).

Without the MBG, SIP works fine because "Use To Address in From Header on Outgoing Calls" is enabled.
With MBG proxy in place, the MBG IP address is sent in the PAI Header in place of the Realm.

Telstra rejects the call because of this.

I have followed the latest SIP SOE guide with Telstra still to no avail.
Anyone have come across this and know of a fix.

Thanks.

Will test "Rewrite host in PAI" on MBG SIP trunk

I have Telstra SIP running at a customers on a MiVB-X and the "Rewrite Host in PAI" is enabled

Let me know if you want me to check anything else on this system.

Are you sure it's enabled Sarond?
When this option is enabled, MBG rewrites PAI and if disable MCD PAI is not changed (so the guide says).

I have this turned on currently which I am planning to turn off and test.
What MBG version are you running, mine is 9.0.4.x

What SDP signalling have you enabled on your SIP PEER?

Really strange!

MBG V9.4.0.29

I have mine setup in a non standard way.
I have static routes to the Telstra SBC so it never goes via the Public interface, they route via the Telstra managed router.

Pretty sure my SIP Peer is per the Telstra/3300 documentation.
