Telset/Phone Playback on CP desktop messaging

I can play it find using the computer speaker option but I am having difficulty playing the voicemail to my phone.

I setup the telephone number as 2105 (only 4 digit-ext) and I got an error message "Destination is restricted or does not exit"

It does exit since this is my phone ext.

I change the number to a full digit 9-9752105 and it works.

Any idea?

The problem is in your restriction permission list for desktop. Check that and add your DN range as allowed.
