We have a Telrad phone system with T3's Emagen voicemail system. When we receive faxes through the voicemail, it gets emailed to our exchange '07 mail server. On outlook you receive the fax as pdf and it's viewable. But on a user's Iphone all you get is a question mark. I know the problem is with the voicemail, however I don't know what excatly the fix is. I've contacted T3 and they told me that I'd have to change a parameter on the voicemail. I think it's something very simple. Does anyone have any idea?
