TELRAD IPEX 1 VM not answering??

Every week sometimes twice a week the vm ports stop answering outside calls? Dial 86 internal gets busy and dialing main list gets a RNA.I am able to log into vm remotely but either see nothing or am not looking in coreect spot. Can I reboot remotely? What should I be looking for? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
