TELRAD DB9 Pinouts and connectivity

I have been out of TELRAD loop for 5 years and now employer wants to offer a svc contract to a telrad customer but for the life of me I cannot locate me db9 so I need to make a new, anyone have pinouts for DB9 to rj45 adapter
