telnet welcome screeen? 1

Can anybody help me how can it change the login and welcome screen of the telnet session? That means, when you telnet in to a server, i want to change the message there before and after you log in.( that means before you key in the user and the weldome screen again after you key in the user )

you can change the file /etc/motd and /etc/security/login.cfg and check the herald parameter.
