Telnet Trouble

i have a Cisco 2960 switch that i can not telnet to i have set all the line vty stuff up i can also not ping the switch either but all users on the switch can get out on the network and on the internet what am i missing here.

Did you do a "no shut" on the vlan interface (did you setup the vlan interface)?
