I have redhat 7.2 running and I am trying to telnet in to it and I am connecting ssh. It is so slow and I am running 100mb netwrok that means the card and the switch are all 100,,, can someone please tell me how to speed it up?? thanks

I can tell from my hardware that I am really running at a 100

No, you CANNOT tell from your hardware that you really are running at 100. Auotonegotiarion can cause you to be set at a lower speed or to have duplex set incorrectly.

Use mii-tool and read the link I gave you above. Tony Lawrence
