I have a few 200 ICP's out in the field and we remote access via public and NAT, and they work just fine for us remotley. Most of them are on Sonicwall routers. We have a new client that is using a Cisco 5510 ASA. We can connect to it, however we cannot type or input anything. He opened all ports but still nothing works. Has anyone ever encountered this issue before?

I found the problem. In case any of you ever run into this issue when working with clients that have Cisco firewalls.
Cisoc uses a protocol called "skinny" by default that disables port 2000. It needs to be removed from the policies.
