Telnet Log in problem - urgent

Hi all

I have recently changed the IP address of my pbx MD110.

But after that i could not log in to the system. what could be the possible reason?

The problem solved.

it was my NIU created the prob. restarted the board. now working fine with new ip
 
Hi!
After changing the IP address on any NIU, NIU2, ELU32 or IPLU, you should restart the board by: RFBOI:BPOS=x-x-xx;
The IP address "10.158.6.50" you have posted is the same "before" and "after"...
You can use the serial cable to log on to the MD110 and restart the NIU. Use NIU port 1 to connect your serial cable.
If you had one TELNET user on the second NIU board (NODE2), you could have done this form TELNET...

oops my mistake. the ip was before

ip = 10.172.179.30
gate = 10.172.179.20
mask = 255.255.254.0

yes i did that, using a serial cable - direct connection, i restarted the board. the second niu we dont use for MML.

change ip add on your comp. you have to be in same network
