Telnet FTP past WRT54G Router

I ame trying to remotely Telnet and FTP my linux box from outside my network. Connecton is ISP Cable to hub to linux
Linux using ipchains but can telnet FTP from inside network no problem. I have WRT54G forwarding ports to linux

Any help I'd be grateful
