Hi,
I have a problem a mate of mine's company has a sco unix system with some terminal application running. The quite old client machines (some of them are 10 Years old igel terminals) have to be replaced because they start breaking down. A substitute is windows machines with terminal emulators... But thats quite over the top.
If I telnet from linux to the SCO server I get a login, but I cannot get the right display. The sco server uses Sco Ansi and PC-8 as character set.
I would normally setup X-Clients and run a X based client like but the Unix Server olny has 400Mhz/128Mb and the application's database has grown, so that the machine would be probabbly killed by using X on it..
