Hi,

I´m using RANCID to backup all my network equipments and i want to telnet a nortel equipment directly into command line.
Is there a command do "disable" the menu?

Thanx

Depends on what Nortel equipment you are working with and the software level installed. What Nortel hardware are you working with?

I have BPS 2000, 425-48T, 470-48T, 2550, 5530
I know the command cli-interface but some equipments does not support that.
Thanx

On the 5520 you can use the CLI and set the default interface to cli using the command "cmd-interface cli" (default is "cmd-interface menu").

I know the BPS defaults to CLI (no menus) if you load the SSH version of the runtime image.

Check to see if the other switches have the same command or use the SSH software.
