Telling me there is another user???

I bought a new computer and Peachtree 2002 program last week. I downloaded all my info from my old peachtree program and uploaded to 2002. I also registered the program. Worked fine for a week now it is telling me there is another user registered and will not let me into the program. Tech support is out and it is year end and I can't get to my info. I have not changed computer since registering. Can anyone help me?
