tell me how to open excel workbook in the browser like a report

Hi
I am opening an excel workbook from my ASP page. In which I am entering data through calculation. User will just open the workbook from a link,and get the workbook like a report . My problem is that....Is there any way to open workbook in my original browser because right now when user clicks the link, present on the page....whole workbook opens independent to the browser , which doesn't look good..............
Any suggestion are also welcome to open a workbook in a beautiful manner
