I have a small call center(10)agents. We are all having to work remotely. I have everyone set up with EC500. Calls are going into que and ringing their cell phones and it is working correctly. Only problem, after every call the agents are getting auxed out.I have tried to remote access in and use the aux feature code but get wave off tone after entering ext number. Is there a way to turn the aux feature off or call in to take agents off aux out? Thanks for any help

Do you have any one-x communicator or one-x agent licenses? Display capacity and look on second to last page. We've been using one-x comm for our users and agents and have used abbreviated dial buttons for login, logout, auto-in and aux. At the very least, if you can use one-x comm you can control functions of the extension and have calls still route to cell and home phones.

I do have one-x comm licenses. The biggest issue with using them is, i didnt have any time to load software on the agents computers and it would take a while to get our different departments to get the software okayed and ports opened up for remote access. That's why i was hoping to be able to turn AUX off or remotely turn it off. Thanks for the reply!
